PanelxPanel #50 - The Big Fifty
is a multi-nominated and 2019 Eisner-winning magazine about the themes and craft of great comics.
This month, we celebrate fifty issues of the magazine by asking our writers to reflect on some of their favorite comics of the past fifty years, and how they slotted into the comics landscape of the time. Alongside five big essays on Karen Berger's Veritgo imprint and , we have various small features on other hidden gem comics covering the same time period, including some from comic creators. Writers include Avery Kaplan, Douglas Wolk, Ritesh Babu, Tiffany Babb and Rasmus Lykke.
